After you sign up, your welcome information will sent to you. Once your SRF App is set up, you're ready to start.
After you have signed up for a membership, you will receive your welcome information and instructions to schedule your initial assessment and consultation.
If you have NOT received your welcome information please contact us ASAP.
We do not operate with a set schedule of staffed hours. We are a hybrid, members-only operation. To gain access, sign up for one of our membership options and schedule your assessment/consultation with a Pro.
Our gym facilities as well as all memberships and services are available to the general public. Most of our clients are from around the country online and others come from Star Ranch and the surrounding areas but we welcome anyone and everyone!
The short answer is no. However, we always advise our members and clients to bring one with you in case it gets busy, especially if you have not had your COVID19 vaccinations. Please help us keep the gym a safe environment for all members and clients. SRF COVID19 Precautions can be found here.

To cancel a monthly membership, click HERE to make the request. After your notice is submitted to us your membership will continue for the requisite of your 3-month commitment waiting period before it is officially terminated.
