Morning, evening and on demand options are all available. Though our 6AM (EST) class is the most popular strength training class time. Placing exercise at the beginning the day sets you up for success. Exercise influences mental state in a very positive way. Mental state influences willpower to eat and live clean.
I'm a Mom of 2 girls, a Wife, a NEW dog mom, I love camping & nature, My partner and I host 4 wellness retreat weekends per year, we live here in West Michigan.
