Coach Kimberlee

Kimberlee moved to Albuquerque to study herbal medicine at the New Mexico Herb Institute. She then worked in the school’s clinic where she had the privilege of working with patients seeking complimentary medicine. 

Kimberlee has always stayed focused on bringing a holistic approach to health. As a result, she has been trained in the fields of plant medicine, health and wellness coaching, personal training, and functional movement systems (FMS). 

Kimberlee was born and raised in Connecticut to a lineage of herbalists, ethnobotanists, and farmers. She learned at an early age how daily, purposeful movement, wholesome, nutritious foods, and natural medicines can help us sustain optimal health.
